Don’t worry guys, it’ll come out just after Half Life 3

It’s small but it grinds my gears when I read Horizon Zero Dawn 3. We literally have a sequel that does not have “Zero Dawn” in the title, so why do they says HZD 3 and not just Horizon 3??
Also fuckkkkk man. Really was hoping this would be next year to line up with the time between HZD and HFW. Looking more like a PS6 launch window title now

I really wish this was more of a priority than that multiplayer game they are working on. That project just seems like a waste to me.

This story keeps popping up. Are people really clamoring for horizon 3 anyway?

Have they really diverted so much of the studio to work on that clash of clans, fortnite ass, mobile game looking nonsense that no one asked for except Jim Ryan ?

Cool. It’s not like they left any unresolved plot stuff with that ending.
I’m not really against side games or whatever but if a series is going to start in one genre and have cliffhanger endings maybe focus on finishing that story in that genre and not spending half a decade producing a bunch of wildly different stuff under that license?
One thing I liked about the Mass Effect trilogy was it told its story quick enough that you could remember it all and remain invested as the games were coming out. Should they have given ME3 another year to polish it up and try and fix the ending? Probably. But if it had come out slightly better five years later would anyone have cared?

As a huge fan, I’m ok with this
I don’t want Horizon 3 to just be like the first two with slightly better graphics, I want Guerilla to take their time and make the next game a true generational leap, built from the ground up with all new mechanics and systems. The way Forbidden West ends, they set up the third game to have a very different threat, and… (SPOILERS) We have control of a facility that can allow us to make our own machines, which I imagine plays a huge part in the next game

>According to one source, many of the staff working on Horizon Zero Dawn 3 were pulled over to help with Horizon Hunters Gathering, which Sony is committed to making a multiplayer success. Another source suggested fans might not see the next true Aloy adventure for three to five years
Fucking hell

Not every game needs to be a online MP or Co-Op game and mode. Studios need to stop chasing live service games. It’s possibly another flop in the making.

I’m ok with horizon 3 not coming altogether😂😂

It’ll release around the same time as Elden Ring 2.

This just supports my suspicions that Sony want to save Horizon 3 for a PS6 launch title.
