Help what is that thing in the screen?

You can clearly see it in the middle, its not a dead pixel since it "moves" when i tilt the console, its not full black but more grey-ish, like a impact but not on the "external" screen, i REALY hope i dont need to change the screen since its a new 3ds xl and i think those screens are expensive asf no?
