AliExpress is wonderful. Then ifixit for a guide.
Edit: cost is under 10 with shipping.
I would upgrade to a metal one! I ripped mine playing Luigi’s mansion 2
They’re decently cheap. One of the easier fixes on the 3DS.
Follow the ifixit guide (or other guide of your choose) and you’ll be good
