    1. Man, these games are dying so quickly these days, it’s insane. Ashes of Creation, 2XKO, now this. GaaS either blow up or die instantly now.

Devs, time to learn a lesson: nobody wants more GAAS bullshit. Create original IP that people want to play.

    3. No way, how did the100th quirky hero shooter with cartoon graphics under preform, it was a guaranteed hit.

But seriously this sucks for the devs, hope they will be able to find new jobs.

    4. This whole project just seemed doomed to fail on so many levels.

Even if the gameplay had its appeal to some, the mediocre art style, lack of content, mish-mash of ideas, and bizzare pre-release fiasco just mounted up too much.

I feel awful for those who got laid off, and hope they land on their feet.

    5. This industry sucks sometimes 🙁 It’s all or nothing now for maximum profits otherwise GTFO. Hard not to see this as the start of the end for the game if majority were let-go already with an entire year planned ahead, this is why we keep getting the same games over and over and over. Guess we can look forward to more of that!

    6. They need to stop making these hero shooters. Nobody cares. Literally.

Except for perhaps Marvel Rivals but that has a cool IP behind it

    7. I couldnt even get past the tutorial mission. I tried to skip it but it forced me to play it. The shooting mechanics and gamplay felt stiff and boring. Additionally if I wanted to play a hero shooter. Id just install overwatch or update marvel rivals.

Live service games need to STOP. Outside of like Cod and Rivals and Fortnite and stuff it barely ever works. You really have to earn people’s time with these types of games. Overwatch just got me back because they finally did a lot to convince me to come back.
