The steps you need to follow to possibly fix the problem are; – Unscrew and take the back of your Nintendo off when it is turned off. – Remove the battery and unscrew the other screws. – Carefully remove the back of your Nintendo, some cables may become disconnected. – Remove and reinstall the wifi chip found there. – Reconnect all cables and make sure they are securely connected. – Put the battery back in and all other parts. – Screw it all back together and turn it on. That should fix the problem. I had to do this to mine recently and it worked.
