Well, I did. And I have created a mashup project on this matter.
I call this one Wolvegoose, since Zangoose x Wolverine
I know Wolverine is not a cat-ferret, but hear me out – The HUGE claws and a lot of attacks with their claws (hone claws, slash, scratch, fury cutter, etc.)
Could you name better Pokémon for these series?
I'm bad at new generations, but all I knew at the time creating this, all wolves-like Pokemons are mostly dark/electric/fighting types, so it's not that aesthetic I wanted it to be.
Also, which Nintendo-related characters would fit here too?
