Looking for advice on best way to get rid of these scratches on 3Ds

So I got this 3Ds in a bundle with a couple of games. It’s really cool and loved the Link Between worlds shell. I drove out to meet the guy but it had these few sketches and kinks in the shell. I really love this model just wanted some advice on how to fix these scratches and dents or should I just let it go? Appreciate the help!
