Steam tab looks like this after my pc freezes and goes back to normal, how does this happen?

Whenever my pc freezes and then goes back to normal, I see the top of my steam tab inserted all the way of my screen and even on the bottom. I go windowed mode on there to try and reset the tab size, but nothing happen this is the result. How can I get this back to normal if you can find a solution? this really annoys me tbh.
