Anyone know how can i change the notification/achievements size without changing the whole Steam UI Scale?

I think the achievements notification are too small in 1440p, i found that changing the UI Scale also change the notification size but this also change the whole Steam UI scale, anyone know if there's a way for me to change only notification instead the whole UI?
