Error when launching Pokemon Y

I’ve seen other people with similar issues, but nothing exactly like this. I haven’t picked it up in a few years I think, but when I did there was no apparent issue at all. I’ve seen solutions like using an eraser, Q-tip and alcohol, etc. but I haven’t seen anyone with my exact issue and I don’t like messing with things I don’t have a full understanding of. So if anyone’s got any experience with this, I’d very much appreciate it.

*Pokemon Y is the only game I have with this issue, all others work fine
