Hahah going through this rn too by any chance where u hacked in the past. If so im having the same problem but apparently google says that if u been hacked in the past thats why it might be doing it

Exactly what it says on the tin. Are you using an extension to constantly make requests? There’s now a set limit to how many requests can be made within a period.
check your ISP. You might be in a NAT. I had the same problem until I got static IP

It hasn’t worked for me since February 4th, and yes, I know other users on my ISP’s network are to blame, but I just don’t understand why they’re blocking me. Where is the requirement for accessing the Steam Marketplace that requires a personal IP address?
