I prefer re-imagining of old PS1 era titles ala Final Fantasy 7 Remake or the Spyro/Crush remakes.
I know it’s a small chance, but I kinda hope the GoW remakes would play like the new GoW games, with one shot style cinematic camera being Kratos.
A few others that could get this treatment are a ton of old JRPGS. Give me Chrono Trigger and I’ll be forever happy

Legend of Dragoon, problem is remaking a game where few or none of original staff is with Sony anymore (Shuhei Yoshida recently retired) given it was released 25+ years ago. Any type of remake likely wouldn’t do it justice.
I will fight all of you on this, it has to be Legend of Dragoon, someone needs to take down that final fantasy train down.

The Order and Infamous would need sequels, but I imagine both a remake and a sequel are nearly impossible, unfortunately.
I’d say the first Ratchet and Clank would be extraordinary in a recent version, given that the PS3 ones have aged very well.

I would love an Ape Escape trilogy so much, or even a fourth proper game. Honestly, PlayStation has so many classic franchises that would benefit from a rerelease though so new audiences can experience them like twenty plus years on, and see if new life can be breathed into the franchises
