Picked up these 2DS for $70 with Pokemon Moon a few days ago. Cleaned it off but these stains are persistent. Any good way to get these off?

thats likely caused by grease. whoever owned it allowed oil to splatter all over it. try mixing vinegar and water, soaking a napkin with it then placing it on top of the stains for about 10 mins.
I also use my consoles to protect from bacon splatter
