Live action? Probably not. Just sounds like WAY too much. Animation is more likely cuz they’re already animated

could kinda imagine it feeling like the dead or alive movie lol
Set in the 1994 Mario universe and we will go from there

Probably not live action. The Super Mario Bros movie kinda referenced it with the fight scene between Mario and Donkey Kong. It was also kind of a reference to og Donkey Kong though. I could see one of these movies using maybe Master Hand down the line with maybe some other characters popping up.

I don’t think it should. *Smash Bros* just doesn’t feel like an IP that would work in a narrative medium.
Certain Nintendo IP might be able to crossover with little issue, but overall they’re just too… different.
Live-action? No way anybody sane makes that movie.
Now, an A.I. live-action-LIKE movie? Yeah, there will be several as soon as it’s possible. Most will probably give Link huge bazongas too.
More than half the characters wouldn’t even be live action
