Got lucky and grabbed this pearl white boxed for an bsolute bargain. Pristine condition, top panel IPS (compared to my other TN panel). That'll be enough for me to have a working 3DS for life.

Edit: it might even be dual IPS. Not that the bottom screen (or top being IPS) matters that much to me but a nice bonus either way. I will check via software at some point
