OP, You probably should’ve specified you were talking Canadian prices. Nintendo fans on this sub aren’t old enough yet to understand currency conversion rates unfortunately.

I saw this coming. Game freak didn’t give their games to NSO because they couldn’t profit off it. So if you wanna blame someone for this blame them.
Since NSO is a subscription model there’s no way to aptly share profits based on game streams. IMO the fact these games are available on switch and s2 in general is a win.

It’s not $100 a year for me. Even if I was paying for the expansion pass. I would still not be paying $100

Put them in a sub most Switch owners already have that also includes a bunch of other games from the same system, or just sell the same rom we already sold them on previous consoles again.
I view it as playing online plus some bonus retro games on my main console

if you want to check go in a nintendo store and compare price between nintendo product and pokemon merch
Pokemon merch cost around 20$ more than a nintendo merch for the same things (2 t-shirt for exemple)

I think it’s because Home wouldn’t have worked if FRLG had been on the subscription, also rewind would’ve made shiny hunting too easy
