Every time I load up my PS5, it says that I haven’t added any friends and doesn’t show me friend activity. When I attempt to load up the PlayStation store, it doesn’t load. This has been happening for a while now and used to go away after restarting the console. Not anymore. What does this mean and how do I fix it? I can only attach one image, so I chose the store.

By chance are you using Xfinity? If so I have the same issue and it happens all the time. I called them and they said the only way to fix it is to buy another WiFi router and connect it to theirs. They have some sort of security and it’s preventing your ps5 from fully connecting online. The only temporary fix is to turn off the internet and turn it back on. There’s a little green dot up near your profile picture and if you don’t see it then you’ll need to turn off the internet and back on. It’ll work after that. I hate it but I’m not buying a $200-$300 router. I even tried Ethernet and does the same thing
