Is it a good price or a “too good to be true” price? Maybe ask the seller to photograph the 3ds with a slip of paper that has their name on it (so you can make sure that they actually have it and these aren’t photos from an old listing)

Serial numbers match, so I’m saying real. Scammers and reproduction resellers NEVER show the serial number by the battery; and then showing it means they aren’t faking it.
it’s TECHNICALLY possible to reproduce matching numbers, but 99.99% of reproduction resellers will never bother.
