Both the PS5 and PS Portal have the latest update.
I just wanted to play some Assassin's Creed Odyssey and this happened, it has happened to me before when I wanted to play some Roblox, so I had to use my laptop instead.
I'm an adult and I only play Roblox with my wife.

what you do is not fall for Sony’s scams. They’re currently running 3.
Check the PS5 make sure there isn’t a streaming up active on the main screen. Or close whatever active app is currently running. There are some apps you aren’t allowed to start on remote play. Stream media apps are one of them.
