Found a OG XBox for $25

I found this XBox for $25, on Facebook market place. The person I bought it from said it didn't turn on, but here it is.

Cleaned it, put new thermal paste, been testing the laser, is working like a champ but……

Just like any OG XBox the tray gets stuck, I already order a new belt online so I'm hoping that'll fix the problem .

I'm ripping a CD in the photo of One X Three Days Grace, just resting the laser and hard drive.
