Dead bottom screen pixels? (New 3DS XL)

Hey all,

My New 3DS XL has been fine since I got it but today it randomly developed these strange pixels. I didn't knock or drop it, they just suddenly appeared. Is there any way to fix these, or will I need to replace the bottom display.
