vampire crawlers
1. Arkheron
2. Windrose
3. Guardians of the Wild Sky
And the demos are great, and they made me hyped up for the games even more
Saw a game from a countryman, Fallen Tear: The Ascension. It’s a metroidvania for those who are into it.
Next fest is already out? I didnt even know. And toxic commando has a demo? I gotta try this
Windrose was so much fun. A great combination of Valheim, Souls games and AC Blackflag.

Try Far Far West
Far far West looks sick
Windrose looks sick
Sword Hero looks like a successor to Gothic so it’s also sick
Also Romestead looks like Core Keeper which i love
Everyone needs to check out The Eternal Life of Goldman. Absolutely incredible looking 2D platformer and seems fun to play too. Meaty demo at around 90 minutes. [https://store.steampowered.com/app/2254950/The_Eternal_Life_of_Goldman/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2254950/The_Eternal_Life_of_Goldman/)
I’m still working my way through, so far:
1. Vampire Crawlers
2. Esoteric Ebb
3. Solateria (has promise but a couple of control issues)
1. Windrose
2. Warhounds
3. Above The Snow
4. Wild West Pioneers
5. John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando
Far far West is very nice
1. **The Eternal Life of Goldman** [https://store.steampowered.com/widget/2254950](https://store.steampowered.com/widget/2254950)
In this breathtaking platformer adventure, explore a vast hand-drawn Archipelago, inspired by ancient fables and depicted in classic frame-by-frame animation, and defeat a mysterious Deity.

Romestead !
Mightreya: Dragonball mixed with pacific rim on steroids. Fast action rpg with a super girl fighting mega robots while people in live cheers for her.
Tried Far Far West and that was pretty damn fun. We’re a little bored of the current coop games in our library and this could easily be the next big game we get stuck into, assuming they do it right.
you folks seem to have a lot of friends
Everything is Crab
Try matcho! (they don’t pay me, but i like to support my local devs from czechia, bcs there are actually few)
Esoteric Ebb and Zero Paradise
So far; WRAITH OPS, Tap Tap Loot, Sledding Game and WheelMates
Contender: ATMOSFAR
Bug-filled mess: The Ranchers
Armatus – roguelite third person shooter feels like a mashup of Remnant and Returnal. Needs some polish but it’s got good bones.
1348 Ex Voto – Voice acting is good, combat is basic but fine, needs a lot of polish before it releases in a month. I’m expecting a delay.
Rune Dice – simple fun
Altered Alma – metroidvania with romance.
Australia Did It – tower defense tactics kind of. Not my jam but it’s well done and I think it will have an audience.
Esoteric Ebb looks like it will be amazing. Lots of Disco Elysium vibes, with Pratchett’s Discworld mixed in. Day one purchase for me.
1. [Windrose](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3041230/Windrose/)
I love survival games and think the pirate theme is severely neglected in all forms of media. This is brilliant!
2. [Scritchy Scratchy](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3948120/Scritchy_Scratchy/)
Incremental game about scratching scratch-offs. If you like incremental games, this is a fun one!
3. [Wanderburg](https://store.steampowered.com/app/4268810/Wanderburg_Demo/)
Roguelike meets Mortal Engines.
Check out far far west for your 5th spot
i’m shocked not a single comment has mentioned denshattack
absolutely worth everybody’s time
jet set radio combined with tony hawk and skate like mechanics
Scriptorium, wonderful medieval manuscript making game
Wasn’t the spell brigade out like 2 years now
Dungeons of Dusk
Far Far West was incredible
I played a couple yesterday but really enjoyed The Eternal Life of Goldman. It’s a 2d metroidvania with a blend of Studio Ghibli and Cuphead. Art style and animations are really nice, and a great soundtrack
I need to play more, but my top 3 so far:
– Raccoin: Coin Pusher Roguelike
(it’s exactly what it sounds like, very addictive)
– Hozy
(A cozy game about fixing up and moving in to different places. The gameplay feels super smooth and satisfying, definitely check it out if you like things like Unpacked.)
– Sledding Game
(A multiplayer hangout game where you can go sledding, fishing, play games, and just chill with people. Has options for both proximity voice and text chat depending on your preference.)
In no particular order:
[Boost Vector EX](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3832030/BOOST_VECTOR_EX/) – Highly stylized racing game that handles like sonic & f-zero. From devs that escaped the hellscape known as roblox.
[Find Matt’s Cats](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2624670/Find_Matts_Cats/) – Lovely hidden object game, the animated scene gives cozy vibes. From the dev that made the Epic Battle Fantasy flash game series.
[Alabaster Dawn](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3110760/Alabaster_Dawn/) – RPG w/ tight action combat, delightful puzzles and exploration platforming. Crosscode’s spiritual successor.
The Spell Brigade has no staying power. It’s fun for a bit but the lack of weapon and gameplay variety sets in quick.
No order in particular:
Replaced
Outbound
Sledding Game – This one has a lot of potential. The demo is fun for a couple of hours but it really lacks polish.
King of the Dwarves looks nice 👀 [https://store.steampowered.com/app/4164710/King_of_the_Dwarves_Demo/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/4164710/King_of_the_Dwarves_Demo/)
Cursed blood is great
Far far west was awesome but I played that during Christmas break
[Voidling Bound](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2004680/Voidling_Bound/) was very pleasant surprise. Feels like Spectrobes but modernized in the best way. Tough to break through the critter collector noise but this one stands out.
[Dino Time Raiders](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3971710/Dino_Time_Raiders/) is pretty simple in concept, but has some nice polish to it which is rare with dinosaur games. Can’t see the full game being very long, but i like a game that knows when to stop.
I like the idea of Soundscapes, and it has some great potential depending on what the full release ends up looking like. You basically make landscapes using music. I had some performance hitches with it, but it could just be my potato pc. The devs did say they are looking into it though.
