I have a very serious problem with my 2DS. To make a long story short, I had to hack my 2DS because I had just gotten a 3DS XL and didn't have another SD card. During the process, I must have made a mistake that not only corrupted my console's settings software but also got me banned from Nintendo's servers for some unknown reason.
I left the console at the back of my closet for a few months after that (I wasn't aware of the ban or the problem with the console's settings).
Today, I took the console out of the closet and discovered these problems. The thing is, I can't hack the console because I don't have access to the console's settings, so it's impossible to know which update I'm on.
As for the ban, I suppose it's not too serious since it can be fixed with Pretendo. But I can't hack my console, does anyone have any idea what I should do?
