If I recall copy the link to it. Paste into notepad and the URL ends in a big number. Put that number into steam db and tells you the game

I had this happen with a bundle (A+B game for 30% off).
It wasn’t “unavailable in my country” is was that the bundle was discontinued and replaced on the store page(s) with “A+C game” and “B+D game”. All the games were still available.
It seems so be relatively common for some indie games to have kinda rotating bundles like this for some reason.
But that might not be true in your case.

If it’s recent, you might have added what I did and never purchased before it expired, the time limited Wargaming bundle for world of tanks, blitz, warplanes and warships.
But yes, what AdZc said, is the way. Copy URL and search on google steam + the number you see in the middle of the link
