    1. Dead Space, though its a shame Callisto Protocol didn’t do as well.
Its a good game, a little clunky though something was missing from it.

Dead Space 100% Callisto was cool and unsettling, but DS was just on a whole different level.

    3. Callisto Protocol is absolute trash. Sorry to anyone who liked it(believe me, I tried to enjoy it).

It’s an absolute failure of the development process to think you can hinge an entire game on those shoddy melee combat mechanics. It’s like they didn’t play test it with anyone outside of the dev studio and had a bunch of yes-men telling Glen Shoefield how great his farts smelled the entire time.

Dead Space, especially the remake, is a masterpiece.

    4. Original release of Deadspace I found scary, mainly due to the atmosphere of the game but the remaster I didn’t & I donno why.

      Callisto no.

Dead Space obviously. Callisto is the dollar store version of dead space lol it was soo bad.

    6. Too me they’re not scary games, more stressful and tense. Some parts are downright goofy with big monsters throwing you about, and you have too much power for a true horror game. To be honest, that’s exactly why I love dead space, you’re pretty capable and it makes sense within the world.

Scariest game I ever played was alien isolation. That’s not the kind of game you play for fun… more of a test

    7. Haven’t played callisto, but it’s gameplay is not I am a fan of. I will try it soon. Dead space on the other hand took a masterpiece and made it 10x better.

    8. Dead Space, and there’s really no comparison.

Calisto is a cool game (underrated/overhated, I’d say, even), but it can’t compete with DS in any department other than visuals, really. Much less in scare factor.

    9. Dead space.

The scariest thing about Callisto protocol is a tie between the awful combat system or the face models, in my opinion
