Does anyone have any suggestions for where to put my WiFi router so I can run an Ethernet? There isn’t really any room on my desk so I was thinking of getting some kind of side table that would match with my current desk. Any suggestions for something cheap that would work?

Why do you need it anywhere near your desk? Just run an Ethernet from anywhere else, you don’t really want to be looking at a router
Get some heavy duty thick double sided tape/foam adhesive and stick it upside down under the back left corner of your desk. Do the same with your power bar, then zip tie the cables or get a cable management sleeve so everything is off the floor so it looks clean. You really don’t need a table for a router.
