Welp, after taking a break from this for a while, I’m back with more graphics.
Basically, for each year, these graphics are meant to compile the releases made by Nintendo (as in, published by Nintendo). Other games will not be featured here.
For each year I mead three versions of the the graphic: a more complete full screen version to with more detail, and an aabridged vertical version, both arranged by system, then a third graphic arranged by date.
Games whose year of release is either future (2027+) or unconfirmed go into the “Other” graphic.
**These chart are merely informative, with no argumentative intent behind them.**
I guess Yoshi will be for late April or May, splatoon raiders for the start of July and fire emblem for september. There will probably be a big holiday game, but honestly that could be a wide range of games at this point (rumors aside).

It hurts that we’re probably not getting switch 2 updates for MH Rise and Sunbreak

Not having third party makes the list look pretty bare, but the only game outside of Pokopia coming this year that I’m interested in is Adventures of Elliott.
I imagine we’ll get a new direct in March/April that will fill out some of the rest of the year.

I own DKB, MKW and I’ve played the new Hyrule Warriors, Legends ZA and Air Riders.
I am begging Nintendo for some actual goddamn Switch 2 exclusives.

Everyone saying this is underwhelming or a bad year – we’ve been here before. Remember last year at this time, we didn’t know about DK Bananza or MK World, and Metroid Prime 4 was just out in the ether as something people knew had been in the works for years but hadn’t seen much of.
With the next Pokemon in 2027, there is almost certainly going to be at least one big first party / holiday release we don’t know about. Not saying to expect a 3D Mario or anything like that, but it’s still way too early to say the year is going to be bad.
