Does it really matter if its a reshell? The shell isn’t as important as other details like screen type, storage and whatnot. The one i bought was a reshell, and it was a Absolute steal.
As long as the shell doesn’t have damage, it should be fine

Seems preety legit to me, but dont pay more for this 3ds because of the shell if u can go for a cheaper one normal editon
