I don’t have these, but I’d try to take a tiny flat head screw driver and tuck that loose material back into its little groove housing

I think you can easily buy replacements. Not that expensive and should be fairly easy to replace.

It’s super easy to replace those pads and cheap too. You can just clip them off and new ones on again. If you are not sure, there are YouTube videos you can watch

Just worn down overtime, my headset is around 4 years old now and I had to replace the ear pads a year or so ago.
Try and see if you can find a replacement part. Usually much cheaper than buying an entire new headset.

What your going to need to do is get a heat gun. A flathead screwdriver and a hammer. Start by using the heat gun to shrink the material a bit whilst using the flathead to ease it back into its original position. Then once you have done that as best as possible take the hammer and smash that to pieces. Go online or to a store and buy a reliable headset like a steelseries or hyperx. The pulse is garbage and the plastic strap will snap even if you fix the earpiece.

The original pulse headsets had replaceable ear cups, sadly the elite doesn’t. They really are a shit build quality for the price. Both of mine snapped in the same place.

You can get new covers for the whole earpiece on Amazon. I got a mesh fabric set to replace the flaking faux-leather and it’s such a huge jump in quality and feel.
