Can the scratches from the top and bottom screen be removed by replacing the plastic covers that go on top of the lcd screens?

on the top screen you would have to replace the lens. on the bottom one you would have to replace the digitizer(basically the touchscreen). its not worth replacing the digitizer just throw on a screen protector over it and you won’t notice the scratches. as for the top replacing the lens is up to u.
