I never played the original LBP series but thought Sackboy’s Big Adventure was super fun. I would love it if PS had two staple platformers between this one and Astro, hopefully they didn’t just stop with the Sackboy games to focus on Astro Bot.
To me it reminded me a bit of the PS1 era, where there was a more linear based platformer with Crash (Sackboy) and a less challenging collectathon platformer with open areas with Spyro (Astro). Not a perfect analogy but I feel like there is space for both.

LBP was my fav series on PS3. I’d love a remake of 1-3 – I do wonder what media molecule are working on now.
