So yeah I f’ed up a repair. Kind of bad but I can still save it I think. The problem is I need to entirely replace the ribbing cable used for the volume control on my DSi LL. Is this specific cable even replaceable? All I can find is SD and L+R cables 🙁

Oh yeah, these cables can be replaced and are not expansive. I fixed a dsi two years ago and I had to buy all the ribbon cables, screens, digitizer, all of it. The volume and shoulder cables were the cheapest ones to buy.
