Are both of them homebrew? Did you use any cheats on the game?
I have had the same with 2 Pokémon X cartridges. It seems like it’s more common with those, just like ORAS. I suggest using godmode9 cartridge corruption fixer. It’s helped me fix one cartridge before, but none of my Pokémon X copies. Maybe you’ll have more luck!
