Where I live we have a bunch of funky lil indie markets and I swear, they're the one place in town to reliably get street passes. I used to work at a university and I'd take this with me there, to lunch at the student union. Nothing. I'd take it to theme parks. Nothing, but these funky markets? I get like a good 5-7 each time! Hell I've even gotten a few repeats now! So shout out to the funky little markets where people are still nerds but we're passionate about it!
