Hey all. So basically I have this OG 3ds my cousin gave me, and I think the battery might be swollen? Just slightly? The backplate is a tiny bit lifted (not enough for a normal person to notice but the seam on the battery side is slightly showing)
Is it enough to worry about, and where should I get a replacement since Nintendo doesn’t have them anymore :(. Is this Amazon listing creditable? https://a.co/d/06ajsvqo
If I should change it, is it okay to still use the battery and my 3ds before it arrives? Sorry if the pictures don’t show much, I’m pretty certain it’s at least a little bloated, I mean it’s an old console anyways, just wondering if it’s worth it to buy a new non-Nintendo license one. And if this isn’t the right place to ask these questions let me know and I’ll go where it is.
