i don't think valve themselves will answer me but maybe somebody knows? it seems pretty outdated and could use a new coat of paint, plus i just noticed i uploaded a picture and tagged it as "Potential Spoiler" and i just moved the mouse a few pixels near the screenshot and it showed it permanently, not like i moved the mouse away and it got dark again. Also, as shown in the attached picture the black part doesn't fully cover the image so you can kinda see what the image is going to be about..in my case at least don't know if it's the same for everyone (i tagged the post as Spoiler because it features something from Resident Evil Requiem)
