NFS 3: Hot Pursuit was fucking awesome. Underground 1 & 2 were all-timers. Most Wanted is definitely high up on the list as well.
Anyone who hasn’t played Unbound should check it out, it is one of the best arcade racers in recent years and feels like a spiritual successor to Underground.
