Anyone know how to use backup and recover the ds to its original state ?

So basically my 2ds xl sd card had broken and I want to mod it again with a new sd card but Everytime I try I get this prompt i have reset it multiple times and formatted the sd card multiple times I have the original 2ds backup folders please can I get some help
