Oh that top screen is pretty much destroyed. In order to fix it, you’ll need a top screen replacement. I know it’s not dead pixels but that’s essentially what I refer to this kind of damage

Looks like LCD liquid leakage or dead pixels (a fuck ton of them). You cannot repair it, you need a new screen.
