Hi r/3DS!
I've been enjoying my new 3ds xl for quite some time now and I always have it with me in my backpack, around two weeks ago I used it'll perfectly in the day and then when I came back in the evening I saw instead of my top screen functioning just one green line going thru it, thought that it may be a software issue, turned it off, stopped using it for a while and let it go, today I picked it back up and now in addition to the green line there's also this yellow line that also sometimes is red (?). The backlight still works, so if I change the brightness it changes too a bit, also there are gray lines going through the middle of the screen to the too.
I'm sorry if this has been asked and solved a dozen of times here already, but I really would appreciate any advice on how I can restore my 3DS, thanks in advance!

Not disconnected. Could be possibly loose. You can check this by taking on the back cover on the bottom part of the unit and checking the main board. It’s on the upper left side of it near the triggers. I can’t remember if it’s the ribbon cable on the bottom or top of the board though. So might have to check both sides.
