Im still looking forward to the movie but I just can’t help but get a little worried on how much material from other Mario Games their charming into this one movie, not only is it adapting Galaxy 1&2 which is already enough movie material but by also adding elements from Mario Odyssey, Yoshi Island, Super Mario World, Super Mario Wonder as well as potentially setting up Super Smash Bros movie if the Star Fox cameo turns out to be true all in one movie is not a good sign and it doesn’t help on the amount of characters that are also gonna be in this movie, it’s already giving me flashbacks to both The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Batman v Superman which are both second installments in their respective franchise that decided to charm so much plot and set up future installments all in one movie.

Buddy did you see the first movie? This isn’t some story driven masterpiece part of some crazy cinematic universe. It’s a 1.5 hour family flick with the most bare bones plot and as much fan service as they can get.
I’m hoping the midnight crowd for this is gonna be lit
