I’m new to Steam and wanted to know do the Spring Sale games change? For example do they add new games to the list every day? Or is it the same games for the whole sale? I already blew my $100 but got a great list of games, want to know if I need to set aside more funds

Doesn’t really change, some games may go on sale later on but like that’s outside of the spring sale and may be its own event kinda thing

Yes and no. All games get added to the sale during a 24 hour period. Games might get discounted after this window, but they aren’t considered part of the Sale since they missed the window.
They used too ages ago but now you get what you see. Not entirely bad because it’s steam and the sales are always fun. Enjoy adding shit to your library you’ll never play! Have fun!
I remember hearing that the publishers decide on the maximum discount that they can offer, and when there is a big sale, Steam automatically puts all available games on the list using that data.
