Heads up Crimson Desert doesn’t support offline on xbox. I have everything updated and put my Xbox in Offline mode and it gives you a connection error. So you have to always be in the internet to play

I didn’t even know you could play any game offline anymore

Isn’t the whole game online though?

sad. I was looking forward to playing it on my xbox ally on my long flight.

Did you connect to the internet with the game first and then try playing it in offline mode? To my knowledge, it needs a one-time internet setup before being able to play offline like many games require.
Edit: Reading comments in other posts apparently it needs to be online day one for some reason. I think for like a patch or something.

Are you using disc or digital? Unless I am wrong, I always thought digital needed internet so the key could be registered. To avoid piracy.

Thats ironic because I had to disconnect my PC from the internet for me to play there. The game literally would not boot while my computer was connected to the internet, either by cable or wifi. Turned both off and it works like a charm.

I wonder if this is the same for PS5 and steam deck. Cause that would really suck if you can’t even play the game without an internet connection. I can’t imagine if i couldn’t play Cyberpunk at all when I’m traveling without internet
