That’s not exactly a win when there’s really only two consoles.

I wonder if it outsells PS5 in March due to Pokopia
Would be interesting to measure that game’s impact

When you add the context to this:
* First place is the PS5, which was released in 2020.
* second place is the Switch 2, which was released in 2025.
* third place is presumably Xbox series, which should be a surprise to no one.
So really, this is 2nd place out of two consoles.

What’s the deal with the ps5 most games you can play on PC the only thing I liked when I had it was the controller. I also think having the switch be handheld too would be an incredible advantage

It is sort of crazy to me that PS5 consistently outsells the Switch 2 still, but I guess cumulatively, there are just a lot more games on PS5 that have released over time. I really don’t see the lack of exclusives some people seem to mention, but I guess that’s more just looking at it as launches per month. We’ve had a pretty fast release cadence so far and for me that’s enough, but I can see how a general audience may not see enough there yet.

The Switch 1, especially the Switch Lite were very cheap to the point where people had atleast two consoles in their homes, this isnt the case now .. since the Switch 2 is around the same price as the PS5, also with GTA6 coming out this, year Ill say the PS5 will outsell the Switch 2 this year.

Not surprising. Pokopia wasn’t until this month, and Mario Tennis was never going to be a system-seller.

But the loud minority said it was unaffordable cause everybody is poor

Not really surprising since Switch 2 isn’t really enticing right now and I doubt it will hit Switch lifetime sales imo
