The lack of quality control for some Xbox hardware and peripherals is shocking.
I was prompted to make the post after the above issue, but the amount of reported problems with the Xbox Elite controllers, and Microsoft’s general poor quality control shows a lack of care.
This controller is about 6 months old, I average gaming maybe 4-5 hrs a week.
£140 for this is just disrespectful.

Pls dump them and go for any 3rd party controller. They are basically all much better in quality and performance. Many good brands are out there. Also consider a cable not a no-go
