So my question is, i just want to know with absolute certainty will this game run on my m4 MacBook? As in natively without a compatibility layer? I know the website shows it runs on Apple silicon but it’s an old game so idk if it’s outdated, much appreciated!

A nice thing with steam is that you have 2 weeks since purchase or two hours of gameplay to return a game with no questions asked. So feel free to buy it and try it and if it doesn’t work you can just for you money back.
Buy it, test it and return it if you have issues running it.
I own the game and it can be installed on my m3 mac
It doesn’t have the blocked icon like some other games
Therefore it should work
It should run, they just didn’t update system requirements. There’s even a news about it on game page.

However if it doesn’t run still, you can always return it
All the M-series chips are 64-bit only so if it supports the M1 it’s a 64-bit application.
It’s working on my old Mac.
