My girlfriend got me this controller in July for my birthday because she knows how much I love doom and it already has bad stick drift on the right stick. I still love the controller ans checking the warranty it says I just have to buy a new one. Any suggestions on getting this one fixed? I still really want to use it

You’re better off just buying an expensive controller that doesn’t suffer from stick drift.

Mine didnāt even make it three fucking months. Iām crazy good with my controllers. But Xbox are pure shit.
After this exact same one failed I bought a Gamesir. Iām done buying Xbox controllers. MS solders the sticks in, and the quality is the worst Iāve ever seen.
I love their design and feel, but they die constantly. Sorry the controller died on you. If you absolutely want to look something up, check iFixit for the issue you are having and see if itās something youāre up for trying.
You can probably find someone to fix it for fairly cheap (compared to buying a whole new controller) but id reccomend asking for hall effect sticks to be put in as itll last longer. Alternatively if you have the know how and tools you could do it yourself for even cheaper. Most electronic fixing places should offer the repair just call around
