I have been trying to get a refund of Crimson Desert on my base ps5 due to obvious performance issues, blurry visuals and nauseating feeling this game gives me. After sending through to ps5 support through email they rejected but seconds later the above pic was sent so now I’m confused whether the refund is being processed or not ( no update in my transaction history so far ). I have never spent 3 hours trying to contact support before in any company and I know Sony really tries to wear you down so you give up and accept defeat but the AI bot keeps telling me the agents are closed despite it literally being within operating hours. Anyone else having issues??

its not a instant refund, can take about day maybe more
It takes 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed. If its not in your account/wallet (whatever payment method used) by this day next week, get back in touch with them.
Refund can take several days
Mine took almost a week, it’s not instant.
