Hello. I recently purchased a charging a cradle for my 3DS and it doesn't work. It's an original model. I don't know what to do. I provided a picture to show that my internal charging port is damaged. I don't have a video but the port is loose and I can't put a charger inside of it. I'm unsure what the actual issue is. I just wasted money on a cradle and it doesn't work but I think it's an issue with my battery.
Do I need to replace my battery? Do I need to repair my 3DS? I have no skills in soldering or repairing but I'm willing to do whatever to get my 3DS repaired. Please help me.

sure thats its not the charging cable thats broken?
Probably should get a new battery, these systems are getting old
Do you have access to another working 3DS? You could try borrowing the working battery temporarily to see if your battery is the problem. 3DS batteries can be easily removed with just a regular screwdriver, no soldering needed.
