I am trying to log in to my old account that I’ve used back when I lived in Ukraine. I moved because of the war and can not come back physically. I currently live in Georgia and I am trying to log into my account but always get this error. The support doesn’t give a damn, they only tell me to turn off my VPN which I don’t use. What should I do?

if you have purchased anything in ukrainan account. if no then why bother, just create UK account as new journey.
also Sony doesnt support on Georgia country ( same with Moldova ). all best to do is creating UK account.
